This initiative is being touted as one of the largest digital transformation projects in the region , further solidifying ServiceNow's presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is designed to furnish Al Rajhi Bank with a single, unified, and intelligent platform, driving operational efficiency and service delivery, which is vital for underpinning its ambitious long-term growth objectives amid what is described as the "AI revolution."

ejada Systems will collaborate closely with ServiceNow to deploy and manage the AI Platform across the breadth of Al Rajhi Bank's operations.
