Mobile World Congress 2026 Doha
GSMA’s flagship MENA technology event returns to Doha, under the theme “The IQ Era”.

MWC26 Doha brings together telecom operators, technology leaders and policymakers from across the Middle East and beyond. GSMA organises the event and Qatar’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology hosts it.
This year’s theme, “The IQ Era”, looks at how humans and AI work together, how governments and the private sector cooperate, and what digital sovereignty means for the region. The conference programme runs across three tracks: AI in Action, Connected Infrastructure and Intelligent Economies.
This year, for the first time, the event runs alongside the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-26), the UN’s top policy-making conference for digital technologies, which takes place in Doha from 9 to 27 November. That puts the region’s industry and its global regulators in the same city at the same time.
Tech Revolt is a media partner for MWC26 Doha and will be covering the event’s announcements, policy discussions and the conversations shaping connectivity and AI across the GCC.
